            The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page one, line twenty, after the words “ARTICLE 10A” and after the period, by striking out the word “BUREAU” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “DIVISION”;

            On page two, section one, line four, after the words “to create a” by striking out the word “bureau” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “division”;

            On page two, section one, line seven, after the word “the” by striking out the word “bureau” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “division”;

            On page two, section two, line eleven, after the word “actuaries” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon;

            On page two, section two, line fourteen, after the word “perform” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon;

            On page two, section two, line sixteen, after the words “West Virginia” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon;

            On page two, section two, line seventeen, after the word “term” and the open quotation by striking out the word “bureau” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “division”;

            On page two, section two, line seventeen after the word “or” and the open quotation by striking out the word “bureau” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “division”.

            On page two, line eighteen after the words “Legislative Auditor” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “and”;

            On page two, line twenty-two, after the words “Creation of” by striking out the word “Bureau” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Division”;

            On page three, section three, line seven, after the words “within the” by striking out the word “officer” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “office”;

            On page three, section three, line seven, after the words “Auditor, the” by striking out the word “Bureau” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Division”; And

            On page three, section three, line fourteen, after the words “provided by the” by striking out the word “bureau” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “division”.

            On page three, section three, following line seventeen, by inserting the following:

“(c) The Legislative Auditor shall propose rules for legislative approval, in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, for the implementation of the provisions of this article.” ”
